Rollo Insurance Group’s “Community Support, Proactive Preparedness, and Risk Mitigation Strategy”
I. In accordance with guidelines from the President and the CDC, good hygiene, preventative sanitization, and guidelines for social distancing will be aggressively enforced in all local offices.
II. Recognizing that insurance is critical to our nation’s infrastructure and given our unwavering commitment to the wellness of clients and staff, local offices will remain staffed, but lobbies will be closed until further notice. Instructions for basic transactional services (this includes most-basic policy servicing and payment receipt) can be obtained by calling-in to the local office ahead of time.
III. Policy consultation (new business issuance, policy remarketing, insurance reviews, etc…) will remain available in-office on a “by appointment/scheduled” basis only (same day service still available).
IV. Any client or prospective client who has felt ill or has had any known exposure to a person recently feeling ill (w/in the past 30 days) is asked to remain offsite and to communicate via phone, email, or video conferencing.
